#CivLife Peer Panel - Transition Q&A — The #CivLife Peer Panel lets you ask all your burning questions of veteran spouses who have been there and done that. They know the struggles and excitement your family is facing as you create your new path in the post-service community. This panel is targeting the transitioning/post-service spouse/partner but is open to couples as well. At the VSN we understand that there is not a one size fits all model for “family” and many times it takes the entire family to make these important life decisions through transition.

The panelists will include 3 different veteran spouses, who come from different branches, and different separation experiences, ready to share their stories and answer YOUR questions! Not sure how to help your veteran navigate the VA? Curious about what your family’s medical care looks like post-service? Hoping to gain information on how to find friends and a community of support in your new area? You name it, and it is on the table. There are no “dumb” questions here.
To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse or committed partner of a post-service veteran, or active duty service member who is within 2 years of separation from the military. Your service member or veteran partner is also welcome to attend with you.
