PCS Pro Tips

June 29 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm CDT
Every move is different but there is also a pattern in preparing for a Permanent Change of Station (PCS). What does the timeline for the move look like? How are you and your spouse dividing up the work? Should I do a DITY or PDITY move? What questions do you have about preparing your household goods for transit? What about an overseas move? What do you need to do to prepare your children for a PCS? In this chat you will meet with two military veterans and military spouses of active-duty career services members who will give their best tips and practical advice about the excitement and stress of preparing for a PCS. Karie Hare is a US Army Veteran and military spouse of 16 years. She has moved 11 times with the military. Laurianne Rodriguez is a US Air Force Veteran and military spouse of 19 years. She has moved 12 times with the military.
To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse, partner, or family member of a or active-duty service member or post-service veteran. Basically, if you are preparing for a PCS, this chat is for you.
