The Warrior Within: Boundaries Workshop

April 4 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm CDT
We are made to be social and in community with each other. Do you feel people take advantage of ‘your good nature’ too often? Are you exhausted most of the time because you feel like you have to say ‘yes’ to everything and everyone? Do you find yourself being resentful in certain relationships and situations?
Then this is the workshop for you! Come and learn the ins and outs of setting Boundaries. We all need them, but most of us never learned how to put them in place. We will explore where you already have boundaries, where you may need to put some into place, what to do when the insecurities, triggers, or trauma of a loved one or friend starts to impact and break you down and learn to communicate your boundaries in a healthy way to cultivate authentic relationships with your loved ones, co-workers and community.
Please know that at the Veteran Spouse Network, we strive to offer opportunities for peer support as we navigate the military and veteran culture together. We can offer referrals to clinical community partners. Due to the sensitive nature of this chat, it will be a smaller closed group and ask that you commit to all offerings. The Warrior Within Boundaries Workshop will be weekly on Tuesdays April 4, 11, 18 and potentially the 25th from 7-8:30 pm CT. It is scheduled for three weeks but will be up to the group if they want to extend to the fourth week. This is a closed workshop. You need to register for the first event to be eligible for the
