This low-commitment class is perfect for anyone wanting to explore mindfulness and movement in a welcoming\, supportive environment\, no experience necessary. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Warrior Strong\n\n\n\nWarrior Strong provides free health and wellness programs to veterans\, veteran family members\, active-duty military\, and first responders. Founded on the principle of caring for those who served our country\, they help participants heal and thrive through community\, exercise\, mental health relief\, and adaptive fitness programs. With locations in PA and NJ plus virtual programming\, Warrior Strong serves members wherever they live or serve. Warrior Strong hosts more programs throughout the month. Reflect & Renew is a supportive weekly journaling session designed to help you slow down\, process your thoughts\, and build habits that support well-being. \n\n\n\nJournaling is a powerful mindfulness practice that can reduce stress\, sharpen focus\, and support emotional and spiritual health. Whether you’re brand new to journaling or already filling notebooks\, each session offers a welcoming space to explore simple techniques\, reflect\, and reset. \n\n\n\nParticipants will be guided through weekly prompts and journaling exercises designed to help clear your mind\, manage stress\, and reconnect with your inner voice. All writing levels are welcome\, and what’s shared in the group stays in the group. \n\n\n\nYou can join the sessions that interest you most or attend all four. It’s a welcoming\, peer-led space for connection\, conversation\, and mutual support. \n\n\n\n\nHow should I prepare for the event?\nFor the best experience\, we recommend joining from a quiet\, distraction-free space and arriving on time\, as participants who join more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted. Be sure to have your Zoom link ready from your confirmation email. \n\n\n\n\nWhy can’t I register for this event?\nYou must register at least 72 hours before an event. Most programs are ongoing series with multiple dates. Please check our calendar for upcoming sessions. \n\n\n\n\nDo I have to pay to attend?\nNo\, all events are completely free to attend. Reflect & Renew is a supportive weekly journaling session designed to help you slow down\, process your thoughts\, and build habits that support well-being. \n\n\n\nJournaling is a powerful mindfulness practice that can reduce stress\, sharpen focus\, and support emotional and spiritual health. Whether you’re brand new to journaling or already filling notebooks\, each session offers a welcoming space to explore simple techniques\, reflect\, and reset. \n\n\n\nParticipants will be guided through weekly prompts and journaling exercises designed to help clear your mind\, manage stress\, and reconnect with your inner voice. All writing levels are welcome\, and what’s shared in the group stays in the group. \n\n\n\nYou can join the sessions that interest you most or attend all four.
