Reflect & Renew is a supportive weekly journaling session designed to help you slow down\, process your thoughts\, and build habits that support well-being. \n\n\n\nJournaling is a powerful mindfulness practice that can reduce stress\, sharpen focus\, and support emotional and spiritual health. Whether you're brand new to journaling or already filling notebooks\, each session offers a welcoming space to explore simple techniques\, reflect\, and reset. \n\n\n\nParticipants will be guided through weekly prompts and journaling exercises designed to help clear your mind\, manage stress\, and reconnect with your inner voice. All writing levels are welcome\, and what’s shared in the group stays in the group. \n\n\n\nYou can join the sessions that interest you most or attend all four.
