Reflect & Renew is a supportive weekly journaling session designed to help you slow down\, process your thoughts\, and build habits that support well-being. \n\n\n\nJournaling is a powerful mindfulness practice that can reduce stress\, sharpen focus\, and support emotional and spiritual health. Whether you're brand new to journaling or already filling notebooks\, each session offers a welcoming space to explore simple techniques\, reflect\, and reset. \n\n\n\nParticipants will be guided through weekly prompts and journaling exercises designed to help clear your mind\, manage stress\, and reconnect with your inner voice. All writing levels are welcome\, and what’s shared in the group stays in the group. \n\n\n\nYou can join the sessions that interest you most or attend all four. Learn practical tools to improve sleep\, digestion\, mood\, and chronic pain while understanding how nutrition supports overall mental wellness. Participants will also receive a recipe booklet to help bring these strategies into their daily lives. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker\n\n\n\nLeslie Korn\, PhD\, MPH\, LMHC\, has been a traumatologist in private practice since 1977. She began working with veterans at the end of the Vietnam War and specializes in trauma and brain injury. She is the author of ten books\, including Nutrition Essentials for Mental Health and Rhythms of Recovery: Integrative Medicine for PTSD and Complex Trauma. Dr. Korn maintains a bilingual (English/Spanish) practice focused on scientific and culturally aligned lifestyle and nutritional interventions\, helping individuals improve mental health and reduce reliance on psychotropic medications. \n\n\n\nThe Center for World Indigenous Studies (CWIS) is a global community of activist scholars advancing the rights of Indigenous peoples worldwide. Reflect & Renew is a supportive weekly journaling session designed to help you slow down\, process your thoughts\, and build habits that support well-being. \n\n\n\nJournaling is a powerful mindfulness practice that can reduce stress\, sharpen focus\, and support emotional and spiritual health. Whether you're brand new to journaling or already filling notebooks\, each session offers a welcoming space to explore simple techniques\, reflect\, and reset. \n\n\n\nParticipants will be guided through weekly prompts and journaling exercises designed to help clear your mind\, manage stress\, and reconnect with your inner voice. Reflect & Renew is a supportive weekly journaling session designed to help you slow down\, process your thoughts\, and build habits that support well-being. \n\n\n\nJournaling is a powerful mindfulness practice that can reduce stress\, sharpen focus\, and support emotional and spiritual health. Whether you're brand new to journaling or already filling notebooks\, each session offers a welcoming space to explore simple techniques\, reflect\, and reset. \n\n\n\nParticipants will be guided through weekly prompts and journaling exercises designed to help clear your mind\, manage stress\, and reconnect with your inner voice. All writing levels are welcome\, and what’s shared in the group stays in the group. \n\n\n\nYou can join the sessions that interest you most or attend all four. Reflect & Renew is a supportive weekly journaling session designed to help you slow down\, process your thoughts\, and build habits that support well-being. \n\n\n\nJournaling is a powerful mindfulness practice that can reduce stress\, sharpen focus\, and support emotional and spiritual health. Whether you're brand new to journaling or already filling notebooks\, each session offers a welcoming space to explore simple techniques\, reflect\, and reset. \n\n\n\nParticipants will be guided through weekly prompts and journaling exercises designed to help clear your mind\, manage stress\, and reconnect with your inner voice. All writing levels are welcome\, and what’s shared in the group stays in the group. \n\n\n\nYou can join the sessions that interest you most or attend all four.
