Heike Vargas is a Master Gestaltist and Equine Gestalt Coach, who utilizes somatic art therapy and other creative ways in her work with others. She is a former Army Spouse of almost 21 years and was born and raised in East Germany. Her background is very diverse, and she worked in many fields, including veterinary medicine as a Veterinary Engineer and Veterinary Technician, in forensics as a Medicolegal Death Investigator and in the wellness industry as an Entrepreneur and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
Her lived experience and focus include military families, veterans, war trauma, first responders, abuse, generational/societal and collective survival patterns and more. She has worked on her own family’s generational trauma, their secrets, unspoken messages, addictions and diseases and has learned much about the patterns.
These life experiences continuously help her solve her own puzzle and in return supports her in listening to others who don’t have a voice or have not been heard.
