Compassion Fatigue & Boundary Setting
Finding Balance in Caregiving
Feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, community responsibilities, and the unique challenges of military/veteran family life? When you're constantly caring for everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs. If you're feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or like you're constantly pouring from an empty cup, you're not alone.
This peer support group offers a safe space to explore what compassion fatigue really looks like and how healthy boundaries can protect your time, energy, and well-being. You'll connect with other military and veteran spouses who truly understand these challenges, share real experiences, and discover practical strategies to care for yourself without guilt or burnout.

About The Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group Program
This event offers a single-session preview of the Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group (V-SRG), an evidence-based curriculum designed to support transitioning and veteran spouses/partners in building resilience, personal growth, and connection. Solo sessions welcome a broader audience, while the full 6-week V-SRG program requires an application and has limited eligibility.
