Compassion Fatigue & Boundary Setting

Virtual

December 16 @ 6:00 pm 8:00 pm CST

Finding Balance in Caregiving

Feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, community responsibilities, and the unique challenges of military/veteran family life? When you're constantly caring for everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs. If you're feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or like you're constantly pouring from an empty cup, you're not alone.

This peer support group offers a safe space to explore what compassion fatigue really looks like and how healthy boundaries can protect your time, energy, and well-being. You'll connect with other military and veteran spouses who truly understand these challenges, share real experiences, and discover practical strategies to care for yourself without guilt or burnout.

What You'll Gain

  • Recognize the signs of compassion fatigue and understand how it impacts your daily life
  • Learn effective boundary-setting strategies to support your well-being and prevent burnout
  • Connect with others who understand the unique demands of military and veteran family life

This Event is Open To
