Turn Personalized Guidance Into Career Clarity And Momentum

Career transitions can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure how your experiences translate to the workplace or what your next step should be. In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore how one-on-one mentorship can provide personalized guidance, accountability, and meaningful professional connections as you move your career forward.

You’ll also learn practical ways to identify your current career position, communicate your life and leadership experiences as marketable skills, and build a strategy aligned with your goals. Wherever you are in your career journey, you don’t have to figure out what comes next alone.

About the Speaker

Leslie Coffey, Vice President of Military Engagement at American Corporate Partners, has 15 years of experience guiding transitioning service members and military spouses toward successful post-military careers. As a military spouse of 30 years, she understands the unique challenges facing the military community and is passionate about helping others find and grow meaningful careers.

American Corporate Partners (ACP) is a nonprofit dedicated to combating underemployment through free, customized, fully supported, and monitored one-on-one mentorships for post-9/11 service members, military spouses, and veterans. More than 26,000 executives and employees from over 2,200 companies have volunteered as mentors, and more than 43,000 veterans and spouses have completed the program.

About EmpowerEd

EmpowerEd offers expert-led, topic-driven seminars designed to equip military and veteran families and community members with valuable information, practical tools, and trusted resources.

Most sessions are followed by an optional peer support event, Let’s Talk About It—a space to reflect, connect, and share takeaways in a supportive community. While attending the seminar is encouraged, it’s not required to join the discussion. Please note that registration for Let’s Talk About It is separate from the EmpowerEd seminar.
