Morning Breathwork with Warrior Strong

Morning Breathwork with Warrior Strong

Virtual

October 2 @ 7:30 am 8:00 am CDT

Transform Stress Through the Science of Breathing

Ever notice yourself holding your breath during stressful moments? Or realize you're only taking shallow breaths throughout the day? While breathing happens naturally, most of us aren't breathing in ways that truly support our well-being.

We're excited to partner with Warrior Strong, an organization dedicated to supporting military and veteran families through community, adaptive fitness, and mental health resources. This 30-minute morning session will teach you focused breathing techniques that benefit your circulatory and nervous systems while decreasing stress and anxiety. Perfect for anyone wanting to try breathwork for the first time or establish a powerful start to their day.

Founded on the principle of caring for those who served our country, they help participants heal and thrive through community, exercise, mental health relief, and adaptive fitness programs.
