Finding Peace Within Yourself

Letting go of self-blame and guilt can feel like an uphill battle, but it’s one of the most important steps toward inner peace. This series is designed to help you explore the process of self-forgiveness in a supportive and understanding space. Together, we’ll discuss the challenges of letting go, the emotional toll of self-judgment, and the transformative healing that comes with embracing self-compassion. Through open and honest conversations, you’ll discover how to release the weight of the past and create room for growth, peace, and self-acceptance.

Sessions run Sundays at 4-5 PM CT February 1, 8, and 15.
