About The Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group Program

The Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group (V-SRG) is a 6-week, peer-led program designed for veteran spouses/partners to explore wellness, build resilience, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of post-service life. Through a guided curriculum and supportive closed-group setting, participants share experiences, grow together, and build lasting connections. Our program evaluation has shown that spouses who complete the group experience increased quality of life, improved self-care practices, stronger social support, and a reduction in mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression.
