Faith has more than 20 years of experience leading complex teams and providing executive-level consulting in all facets of public relations, brand management, and relationship navigation in order to reach strategic goals. She has extensive crisis leadership experience working with national federal partners during natural disasters and military responses in unprecedented world events such as the COVID-19 federal support, North Korean provocation, the Annexation of Crimea in Ukraine and Special Operations Forces campaigns in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Faith holds a MS in Management from Excelsior College as well as certification in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management, and a Women in Leadership certificate from SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University. She is proudly the first female Asian Sergeant Major who served in the U.S. Army Public Affairs.
