Good Grief, It's the Holidays!
The holidays are a stressful time of year especially if you have lost a loved one or you are facing your first holiday season alone without your veteran or service member. But what's Good Grief? How do we process our loss and grieve with grace? VSN peer leader, Doris DeRamus, will motivate you this holiday season and complete the 25-day holiday challenge to practice self-care and honor your loved one. Please join us for the kick-off event on:
Thursday, Nov 30th at 7 pm CT
Then come back to reconnect and share your highs and lows within 25-day challenge on the finale event on
Dec 26th at 7 pm CT.

This event is intended to be for those grieving the loss of a veteran or active duty service member. To be eligible for this group, you must be the spouse or partner of an active duty service member or post-service veteran, a caregiver from a veteran or active duty service member, or an active duty service member or veteran.
