How to stay well when they’re not doing well

We've all heard it before. You can't fill someone else's cup when your own cup is empty. But how do you fill your cup when the person you care about has an empty cup? Or a broken cup? How do you take a refreshing drink from your cup without feeling guilty? Join us for social chat as we discuss how we can stay well even when the person we care about isn't doing well. Bring a list of some of your favorite self-care ideas to share, and together we will take time to remind ourselves that self-care isn't selfish!

This event is apart of a three part series: July 19, Aug 16, & Sept 20th from 7-8:30 pm CDT. You are encouraged to attend all three sessions but certainly not required.
To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse, partner, or former partner of an active duty service member or veteran.
