Just like a flower blooming in any environment, this café is all about embracing change, growing through challenges, and finding support within your community. Join us for inspiring conversations and a chance to connect with fellow parents who are flourishing in the face of military life. Come in, relax, and let’s grow together!
We are excited to partner with Be Strong Families’ Parent Café and VSN peer leader Andree Long for meaningful conversations and insights that are tailored to the military and veteran parenting experience. They bring lived experience, empathy, and actionable tools to guide you on this journey.
What to Expect:

- Share self-care practices for parents
Eligibility:
To be eligible for this group you must be a parent who is connected to the military or veteran population.

Joining the Event:
- Please join from a quiet, distraction-free location for the best experience.
- Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted to avoid disruptions.
- Once registered, you’ll receive a Zoom invite to join via computer, tablet, or phone. You can also access the Zoom link by clicking the “View the event” button in your order confirmation email or selecting “Access this event” on the event page.
