Strength, Support, and Connection for Every Step of the TBI Journey

Loving a veteran or service member with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is a unique journey. Even in the healthiest relationships, it’s a path filled with emotional highs, lows, and everything in between. And it’s one that few truly understand. That’s where Real Talk comes in.

These supportive, peer-led sessions provide a safe space for honest conversation, meaningful connection, and practical tools for navigating life and love with TBI. Your holistic well-being matters too, and this is a space where that’s recognized. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking new strategies, or just need to talk to someone who gets it, you're welcome here. Come as you are, and connect with others who’ve been there too.

Join whenever you need support, community, or simply a place to feel heard.

What You'll Gain

  • Connect with others who understand the unique challenges of supporting a partner with TBI.
  • Learn and share strategies for maintaining emotional, mental, and relationship health.
  • Gain insight, tools, and support from a community that values your experience.
