V-SRG Love & Relationships

While some of the challenges we experience in our relationships could be faced by any couple, there is a lot going on with our military and veteran partners that probably isn't happening in other relationships, and it can make it difficult to lean on friends and family for support when they can't relate. Join us for an opportunity to connect with other military and veteran spouses/partners and discuss our relationships with our partners, share challenges and successes, and receive support. In the session, the group will discuss stuck points in communication and intimacy with their partner, as well as share strategies to increase communication and intimacy in their relationship.
These sessions will give participants a sneak peek into our Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group(V-SRG) Program, leading participants through the curriculum's Love and Relationships session.
Please note that in order to maintain an intimate, collaborative discussion environment, we are keeping the registration cap number small. To ensure that all those wishing to participate are able to attend, please only register if you plan to attend the session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, impacting your schedule, so if you register and find that you are unable to attend, you will be able to cancel your registration at any time – this will open up your slot for others to join.
It is also recommended that you have the ability to show your camera during the session if able and comfortable, to make the session feel more like the in-person sessions.
Note: To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse or committed partner of an active duty service member or post-service veteran. If you have been a past participant in the V-SRG program, you are still eligible to join this session.
