The mindfulness practice of journaling is proven to help alleviate stress, focus thought, and aid in emotional well-being. Sign me up! Join our Write as Rain chat to connect with others and receive support through journaling! Each week attendees will learn about different journaling techniques and will share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through writing. This is a non-judgmental environment. All writing levels are welcome and what is discussed in this group, stays in this group!
Schedule:
This will be a closed group, lasting 6 weeks, meaning we are asking that you try to commit to all six meetings within the series. Once you register for the start date, you will be registered for all six sessions within the series.
Group meets Fridays:
Sept 15, 2023, from 6-7 pm CT
Sept 29, 2023, from 6-7 pm CT
Oct 6, 2023, from 6-7 pm CT
Oct 13, 2023, from 6-7 pm CT
Oct 20, 2023, from 6-7 pm CT
To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse, partner, or family member of an active duty service member or veteran. This includes individuals divorced or widowed from a veteran or active duty service member.
