Jennifer Gibbs is a graduate of St. Catherine's University, Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and American Sign Language. She has served her community by working in the nonprofit sector for over 18 years as a Public Policy Advocate. As a military and veteran spouse, Jennifer has experienced firsthand the unique struggles faced by spouses on a daily basis. Jennifer has experienced PCS changes, deployments, on base life, and transitioning to a Veteran Caregiver. It is her passion for helping others that has led her to the VSN program. She is honored to have the opportunity to be part of the Veteran Spouse Network and continue to help build a stronger military spouse culture.
