Ho’oponopono: A Gift of Giving
May 19 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm CDT

Find balance, healing, and connection through this Hawaiian practice
Take a mindful pause and join VSN Peer Leader, Cassandra Salas, for a restorative session rooted in renewal, gratitude, and connection. Together, we’ll explore Ho’oponopono, a simple yet powerful Hawaiian practice that guides us toward healing through forgiveness, affirmation, and intentional reflection.
This soul-nourishing technique helps release stress, anger, and resentment, making room for clarity, peace, and personal growth. Rooted in the belief that harmony within ourselves and our relationships is essential for well-being, Ho’oponopono offers a gentle path to understanding, restoration, and reconnection.
You’ll leave with a fresh perspective on what it means to let go and grow. Whether you’re carrying emotional weight, navigating a strained relationship, or simply craving a moment of peace, this practice offers accessible tools to support your journey and cultivate inner peace
