Ho’oponopono: A Gift of Giving
December 15 @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm CST
Join VSN peer leader, Cassandra Salas, as she walks with you to embark on a journey of renewal and gratitude during this season of giving. Let’s engage in this interactive session to explore the transformative power of Ho’oponopono, a simple but powerful Hawaiian practice, that offers profound healing, gratitude, forgiveness, and connection through affirmation. This small yet mighty technique provides pathways to release stress, anger, and resentment, allowing forgiveness and deep personal growth. The practice is based on the idea that harmony and balance are essential for well-being. It aims to heal and transform relationships, and to bring about understanding and connection within oneself and with others. Through meaningful discussions, take this valuable tool to cultivate inner peace and enhance your relationships.
To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse or partner of an active-duty service member or post-service veteran, a caregiver, a widow/widower or divorced spouse from a veteran or active duty service member, or an active-duty service member or veteran.
