Wednesday Wellness Walkers

Grab your walking shoes and set a personal goal to get moving this summer with the VSN Wednesday Wellness Walkers. This self-paced walking challenge is for all levels, and each week you will set a walking goal. You can start small, with maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and build as you go. Your VSN peer leaders, Rapunzel Stephens-Clements and Jeanie Moughan will send you a walking log and other useful information to help you get started and keep you motivated along the way!
Weekly Walk: Put on your walking shoes and your favorite blue-tooth device to connect through Zoom with VSN walkers from all across the country. Join the VSN community to walk, share, and reflect on your goals and the wellness practice of reflecting gratitude in your daily life.
